Cancellation of order

The user has the option to cancel the order. To cancel an order, the user must contact the Customer Service Department at info@superstrom.gr Cancellation, due to the immediate execution of orders, is accepted only if requested within eight (8) hours from the completion of the purchase. Otherwise, and once the order has been executed, the return procedure will be followed.

Withdrawal and return of products due to change of mind

You have the right to return the products you have purchased, free of charge and without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the products. In this case, you will only be charged the direct cost of returning the products.

Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised for that particular consumer. Returned goods can only be collected from the address that you have indicated to us in writing and which you have indicated to us in writing. If you are unable to return the products you have purchased from the Super Strom online store (www.superstrom.com) the partner carrier can return them for you for an additional charge.

The charge for shipping your goods depends on the postcode of your area and the weight of the goods. Whichever method you choose to request a return of the goods, the return request will take effect from the date you notify us of your return request. Within 14 days of Super Strom's receipt of the returned goods, and provided they are not damaged or deteriorated and all return requirements are met, Super Strom will refund the customer the value of the returned goods using the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction (e.g. credit card, bank deposit, PayPal), unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. In addition, we will refund any amount you may have spent on shipping charges for goods purchased through the online store www.superstrom.com, at your premises (excluding any additional costs due to your choice to use a mode of transport other than the cheapest standard mode we offer). In any case, the refund of the price of the returned products will be made after you inform us in writing of the request for return of the products and we accept their return and provided that the products have been delivered to the partner transport company. If the returned product has been damaged or deteriorated through the fault of the customer or has been reduced in value by handling that was not necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the products, Super Strom will assess the value of the damage and the amount of the reduction in value and in the event that Super Strom is required to make a refund to the customer, the corresponding amount of the damage will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Return of defective products

If it is found that the item has a manufacturing defect, the return of the product to be replaced should be made with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. DATA, Proof of Retail, etc.) and its complete packaging. If the defect is found by the Company, the product is repaired or replaced, otherwise the transaction is cancelled if the product cannot be repaired in a reasonable time and the Company cannot find another product of equivalent or better characteristics or equivalent value for replacement. In the event of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase is made in the same way as the Customer's original payment to the Company was made.

In addition to the rights granted under the returns policy, all rights applicable to consumers under the applicable provisions and laws relating to the sales contract, as well as any rights arising in connection with the warranty conditions of the products, are in any case recognised.

Product changes

We do not offer product change. If you wish to change a product with a different color/size/other product, then you must return the product(s) using the above procedure and place a new order for the desired color/size/other product.
