GREECE

Your order is created from the date of confirmation of payment. It is then produced in our factory, packaged and shipped directly on a priority basis, thus speeding up its delivery. Estimated delivery time 1-14 working days. Delivery time may be longer, depending on the product according to the category, quantity, weight, etc.

Our products are shipped by courier companies or with our own trucks, all over Greece. For orders over 400€, products within the city of Heraklion will be shipped free of charge.

If applicable, 1-3 extra days for deliveries to islands, remote and inaccessible areas as there will be an extra charge according to the cost of courier companies, depending on the area.

PROCEDURE FOR RECEIPT

FREE DELIVERY from our factory in Heraklion, Crete, at BIO.PA Tylissos after consultation and information in the "comments" field during the order completion.  

NOTE!

Our products can arrive with a few clicks at the door of your home if you are on the ground floor. Depending on the weight and in many cases, our company and transport services do not support the placement of products on a floor. Instead, the delivery of orders will be made at the respective entrance of an apartment building.
