Payment Methods

Each product clearly indicates its selling price, which includes the applicable VAT.

Our online store superstrom.gr , provides you with the following payment methods, which you choose when completing your order.

  • Deposit to a Bank Account
    The payment of your order can be made by depositing the full amount to one of the following bank accounts:

    Beneficiary: Vatsinas Mattress Commercial, Industrial and Hotel Company Limited Liability Company

    The steps to follow are as follows:
    1) When completing your order, select "Deposit to account" as payment method
    2) Deposit the amount corresponding to the value of your order to one of the above bank accounts, with Reason/Comments for deposit*: the Order Number and your name. If there are transaction costs, they are borne entirely by the principal. (*) ATTENTION: In case of not mentioning the reason/comments of deposit there is a possibility of delay of your order
    3) Send the proof or confirmation of the deposit via email to info@superstrom.gr

The deposit must be made within 2 working days of the order at the latest. If the payment is not completed within this period the order is cancelled. Orders are processed on the next working day after the day of completion of the bank transaction.

  • Replacement

If you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment method then the corresponding price must be paid upon receipt of the product from the carrier of our choice with an additional service cost of 1.00 euro.

  • Payment by Card via Nexi payment

Pay via the Nexi payment, possibility of payment via credit, debit and prepaid cards of

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover. 

  • Payment in the physical store

Payment upon receipt from the physical store by cash or card

Invoice market. To receive an invoice during your online purchase, you must select the "Invoice" field in Step 2 "Billing Details".

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your e-mail address to receive exclusive offers, news etc. and to place your order, having your details stored each time. If you do not wish to create an account, you can make your purchase by selecting the "Continue as a visitor" field, entering all the necessary information to process your order.
